Since last July, our company has been carrying out assembly and installation works of type 304L and 316L millimetric and SCH10 stainless steel piping, in cooperation with engineering companies Anerpro Energía y Proceso S.L. and SPX Flow Technology SAS, in a newly built powdered milk processing plant in Finistère, France.
During the first months, we carried out the assembly of a process control room for milk storage with a manifold and CIP system for 4 tanks of 250,000 liters, using type 304L and 316L stainless steel millimetric piping with pipe diameters of 104, 101, 76, 51, 38 and 25.
In November we installed rack mounted pipelines of type 304L and 316L stainless steel for steam lines (12 bar), condensates, chilled water and nitrogen.
Between November and December, we completed the assembly of a milk emulsification room with a steam control skid, manufactured from stainless steel, with control valves. We manufactured and installed type 304L and 316L stainless steel millimetric piping to connect 4 storage tanks of 5,000 liters to the control manifold, and to connect the manifold assembly in turn to the distribution rack. Also we manufactured compressed air and nitrogen distribution lines.
All distribution pipelines were manufactured from type 304L and 316L stainless steel with pipe diameters of 104, 101, 76, 51, 38 and 25.
Since the beginning of this year, we have been carrying out assembly works of stainless steel piping for the CIP lines of the cyclones and the milk and milk serum drying towers.
The completion of the works is sheduled for mid-February.
