During last December, we have accomplished the works of replacement of the saturated steam feed lines and the condensate return piping for 2 alembics in the essences extraction plant Le Clos D’Aguzon (La Drôme, France) belonging to the company Bontoux SA.
The manufacture of the collectors and distribution lines in our workshop was carried out with SCH10 stainless steel piping of ø1”, welded using the TIG method and purged with nitrogen gas. After this, the corresponding preasure tests were completed.
As a complement to this installation, we provided ARI-STEVI pneumatic control valves with manual handwheel actuators.
Furthermore, the renovation of the primary steam network and condensates return system was carried out with SCH10 stainless steel piping of ø4”and ø3”.
