Stainless steel piping assembly for a steam system and process lines.

In March this year, we were contracted  to manufacture a stainless steel piping assembly for a steam system and process lines, to be subsequently installed in a factory in southern Italy for the extraction of essences from citrus fruit.

Pipework and collectorsThe preparation in our workshop was carried out with SCH10 stainless steel piping welded using the TIG method and purged with nitrogen gas. After this, the corresponding preasure tests were completed in accordance with the Directive 97/23/CE.
As a complement to this installation, we provided all balance and control valve sets  from ARI-ARMATUREN: globe valves, steam traps, safety valves, modulation valves, balance valves and filters, etc.

The preparation of the process lines was carried out with 316L DIN11850 stainless steel piping welded using the TIG method and purged with nitrogen gas. Subsequently, the relevant preasure tests were completed.
As a complement to this installation, we provided all pneumatic and manual valving (ball valves BW PN64), pressed flanges PN 10 and collar PN 10.

The assembly in Italy and the automation of the installation were completed in collaboration with the ingeneering services of our client, and the operational tests of the newly created facility were subsequently carried out successfully.
